Legends Universal Firmware v5.44 (August 2, 2021)<\/span><\/h2>\n

  • [Non-Legends Pinball Devices] Added display of leaderboard scores via PixelcadeX app. With PixelcadeX, you can add static and animated digital marquees for select games and menu items, and now display select leaderboard scores, with the Legends BitPixel or Pixelcade LED marquees. Press the buttons indicated at the bottom of the screen to turn various options ON or OFF. With all options set to ON, you can cycle between the marquee display, top three leaderboard placings, and your personal high score for the compatible leaderboard game. This feature is coming for Legends Pinball devices in a future firmware update.<\/li>\n
  • [Legends Pinball Only] Added Haptic Feedback Filter: Haptic feedback filter added for mainboards that are version 2.2 or newer (solutions for earlier versions TBA). During non-pinball games\/applications, the haptic feedback sound will be automatically filtered and not present. Haptic feedback will only be experienced while playing built-in and FlashDriveX-installed pinball games.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Known Issues<\/h2>\n

          • Some FarSight Studios pinball game button mapping UI has discrepancy: The REWIND icon is displayed to start a game, however, the A button must be used. This is currently being worked on.<\/li>\n
          • [Gamer Series] Certain routers may experience issues with maintaining consistent connections.<\/li>\n
          • CoinOPSX has issues exiting when connected via Bluetooth mode. The user can set the controller mapping setting option to map the AtGames control deck buttons, including \u201crewind,\u201d as a workaround. This is currently being worked on.<\/li>\n
          • The pinball game Gladiator has minor performance issues while in portrait mode.<\/li>\n
          • Button remapping does not carry over to certain features like ArcadeNet\u00ae FDX titles or CoinOPSX frontend. This is currently being worked on.<\/li>\n
          • Some users may experience Invalid File Size when downloading firmware. The current workaround is to uninstall game packs from Settings menu, then proceed to redownload firmware<\/li>\n
          • [Legends Pinball] Left Nudge and Rewind get swapped in CoinOPSX when a gamepad is connected. This is currently being worked on.<\/li>\n
          • [Legends Pinball] Some users may experience low volume in Zaccaria and Gottlieb pinball games.<\/li>\n
          • [CoinOPSX Backglass Support] 60fps videos may experience stuttering. 30fps videos provide optimal performance.<\/li>\n
          • [TAITO Pinball] Graphical issues with table spotlights during classic display attract mode for all TAITO tables on Legends Arcade Family series.<\/li>\n
          • [Gamepad Controller] Legends Controller shows device is paired after a reboot of the machine, but it has no function. This is currently being worked on.<\/li>\n
          • [Legends Pinball] User may experience distortions\/buzzing sounds coming from haptic speakers, even at low volume.<\/li>\n
          • [Legends Gamepad] Bluetooth controls do not work inside of FarSight Studios Gottlieb Pinball.<\/li>\n
          • Legends Pinball] In certain rare cases the user may have to login multiple times before credentials are confirmed.<\/li>\n
          • [Offline Mode] Users may receive abnormal unable to release license error when first loading the firmware or booting the machine.<\/li>\n
          • [Attract Mode] TAITO Attract Mode may not appear in the correct orientation. This is being worked on.<\/li>\n
          • [Offline Mode] If a user owns 2 licenses of the same game on overlapping gamepacks and one gamepack is checked out, they will not be able to play that selected title.<\/li>\n
          • [Attract Mode] User can be left at a blank, black screen when cycling through videos.<\/li>\n
          • [Pixelcade Leaderboard] FlashDriveX-installed games will not show leaderboard score when FlashDriveX-games are installed until user reboots the machine.<\/li>\n
          • [OTG Mode] Certain users may need to remap the buttons for their external OTG Legends Pinball setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Supported devices in this release of the Legends Universal Firmware update include Legends Ultimate 1.0 (350 games version), Legends Ultimate 1.1 (300 games version), Legends Gamer Pro, Legends Gamer Mini, Legends Core, Legends Connect, and Legends Pinball.<\/span><\/p>\n
