Membership

ArcadeNet® membership continues until terminated. To use paid portions of the service, you must provide a valid payment method. Unless cancelled before the billing date, you authorize ArcadeNet® to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle.

Subscription and Pricing

ArcadeNet® is a prepaid subscription service. Billing cycle, payment methods, updates to payment methods, cancellation, price changes, subscription plans, free trials, and sales tax are governed by the terms presented at purchase and in account billing details.

Intellectual Property

Content included on the website, including graphics, text, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, logos, and software, is property of ArcadeNet® or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Website Content

ArcadeNet® may offer synopses, reviews, instruction manuals, user comments, and other game information. It is your responsibility to evaluate and make independent judgments about information, opinions, advice, and other content available through the ArcadeNet® Site and Services.
